Founded in 2010 in South Wales, we've grown from solving a single call centre's challenges to delivering omnichannel contact centre solutions, AI automation, and data connectivity across the UK and beyond.
While running an IT business in 2010, our founder was working with a client running a 100-seat call centre in Swansea. They had an Avaya-based dialler that was constantly letting them down.
We heard the same frustrations from other clients using other vendors. The alternatives from providers such as Noetica, Noble Systems and Daviker were expensive, underpowered, and lacking in flexibility.
Clients wanted something with powerful features, easy customisation, and meaningful reporting. They needed a platform that actually worked for their business — not against it.
With a background in both IT and Communications, having worked previously with Telefonica and Dixons, our founder set out to find a solution that could marry the flexibility of web-based software — in terms of reporting, add-ons, integrations with other platforms, and scalability — with the ability to tap directly into the UK communications network.
Through a deep understanding of the UK mobile network, we were able to develop a solution that met all the criteria our clients demanded. It didn't take long for word to spread, and telecoms quickly became our primary business.
As a result, Blue Telecoms was founded in late 2010.

Blue Telecoms established in South Wales after identifying a gap in the hosted dialler market. Our founder's experience with Telefonica, Dixons, and IT consulting laid the foundation for a telecoms company that truly understands technology.
Word spread quickly. We expanded fast, driven by the same flexibility and determination that defined our products. Businesses across the UK began adopting our hosted dialler platform, drawn by its powerful features and competitive pricing.
We revolutionised the market by becoming the first dialler provider to offer Unlimited Calls and Unlimited Support. We went a step further and began offering Unlimited Inclusive TPS Checking — helping clients remain compliant while saving them substantial costs on data checking.
We never stopped innovating. Our platform evolved with CRM integrations, advanced reporting and wallboards, interactive scripting, PCI-compliant payment handling, answer machine detection, and comprehensive inbound routing capabilities.
The world changed, and so did we. Our platform expanded from a voice-focused dialler into a full omnichannel contact centre — handling voice, email, WhatsApp, web chat, Facebook, Instagram, Telegram, and SMS from a single unified interface.
Today, Blue Telecoms leads with AI-powered solutions — from AI-enhanced dialler features to standalone AI workers that handle calls, manage accounts, and automate entire business processes. We've also launched our Data Connectivity division, providing rapid-deploy solutions for emergencies, rural locations, festivals, and temporary sites.
